Bastards was released in July 2014 at the Institute for Contemporary Arts in London and Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff, and screened in 25 independent cinemas across the UK. It has been selected by over 30 international film festivals from America to Bosnia to Indonesia to Russia. It has been shown on television in many countries from Denmark to South Africa, and a 50 minute version is being airing on BBC World News in the Storyville Global strand, with versions to follow in Arabic, Farsi and Russian on the BBC’s foreign language channels.
